Predstavnici IAEA nastavili susrete i prezentovali mogućnosti saradnje

U sklopu posjete delegacije Međunarodne agencije za atomsku energiju (IAEA) Crnoj Gori, predstavnici IAEA obišli su Centar za ekotoksikološka ispitivanja (CETI), gdje su razgovarali sa direktoricom te institucije Nadom Medenicom. Nakon posjete CETI – ju predstavnike Agencije primila je sekretarka Ministarstva nauke Smiljana Prelević.

Regional workshop on Chemical Weapons Convention

Representatives of CETI participated in a regional workshop for member states in Eastern Europe in connection with the technical aspects of the regime of transfer of chemicals under the Chemical Weapons Convention.

The course was organized for representatives of institutions responsible for implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Montenegro.

The training was given by representatives of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), The Hague. The theme of the workshop was the custom control and transfer of controlled chemicals.
